Visionary and creative with a positive attitude and steadfast commitment to excellence, he is an expert in managing organizational changes to achieve maximum results. He possesses a strong entrepreneurial leadership style and highly effective planning, organizational, and communication skills; maintains a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Hariyo holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an M.Eng. in Civil Engineering Technology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Besides his overseas industry experience, he also has held top leadership roles in several organizations, some of which he built from ground up. He is also well-networked in the oil and gas industry as well as with the Regulators and Executive Bodies of Indonesian Government.
